What are our prices for training?

Needing more resources after training?

On the simple orientation level Academy we provide a Digital Knowledge Pack to all participants. On the advanced and masterclass levels we provide detailed implementation roadmaps and references. For the orientation level, participants in a Digital Training Academy should use the Digital Classroom to put up extra clips and links, as well as following links to other content in Digital’s network.

Only the material distributed as hard copies on the day is available for distribution to participants.

Do we publish a syllabus breakdown for the event in advance?

This is a question we're often asked by clients we train. In planning an Academy we try to fit round your normal practice. Although the tutors have an aim for how long lessons take, in training, unlike conferences, they go at the pace of the learners. That might mean that we go through lessons faster or slower than we'd like. However, in terms of when we break for coffee and refreshments, if you give us some target times, we aim to be there within 10 minutes of the target. Simply let us know when they are, and we'll adjust our lesson plans. (By the way, we don't release the lesson plans as they are not meaningful for participants, so if an agenda is distributed, normally it would just say 'Academy Lessons', topped and tailed with a 'Welcome from the Digital Training Academy' at the start, and then a 'Recap and key learning outcomes' at the end.

Will we release training materials electronically?

For copyright protection for our tutors and partners, materials are not released electronically. For Premium Academy Clients and our large global capability builds, tutors will run through and gain feedback from the client's Academy Steering Board in private workshop sessions one month before an Academy. If you or your colleagues have specific questions for us then please circulate them as early as possible. Any materials we feel are of a potential brand conflict or are culturally and politically sensitive will be flagged up by the Academy Management team well before the training begins.
