3 offers unlimited mobile email for small firms

Mobile network operator 3 has launched a new service for small firms, giving them free unlimited email. 3 Business, the new small business division of 3 (www.three.co.uk), now lets small businesses to send and receive work email, as well as web-based email from sites such as Gmail, Yahoo! and Hotmail, by adding unlimited email use to the existing £4.26 Internet Max package at no extra cost.

To access the new email service users have to download the application to their phone, select their preferred email providers and provide login details. Up to ten separate email accounts can be used on each phone, allowing small businesses to remain in touch wherever they are.

The new Email on 3 for Business also allows users to receive and view unlimited email attachments regardless of size, for no extra cost. This allows small business to be kept as up to date as possible on images, media files and other work related documents, regardless of where they are.
