74% of Europeans use social networking sites

comScore has released a study of European social networking habits which shows that 211m European internet users visited such sites in December 2008 - equivalent to 74.6%, writes Netimperative. The UK had the highest proportion of social network users with 79.8% (29.3m visitors), followed by Germany (67.3% or 24.9m visitors) and France (63.9% or 21.7m visitors).
