Russia has a total internet population of 46 million, 82% of which are is gaming, according to new data. According to research conducted by New Zoo, the total number of hours spent online gaming is 64 million. Over a third (69%) of the total gaming time is spent online and mobile devices.

Russia has multi platform behaviour, average per gamer uses 4.7 gaming platforms. 76% of people are gaming on casual website and mobile devices and 74% on social networks.
29 million people are gaming on casual websites & mobile devices, 28 million on social networks.
The estimated spends on gaming in 2011 in Russia is $ 1.5bn (approx £960m).
