Online shopping fails: Consumers still frustrated by slow load times (infographic)


Three quarters of consumers that has a bad experience on a shopping site go directly to a competitor, according to new research.

Dynatrace looked at how website performance impacts online businesses.

The infographic shows:

• 90% of users expect websites to perform well even during peak periods
• 61% of users recently had a poor experience on a retail site
• 75% of those who had a poor experience went straight to a competitor site
