Here at Digital we're always on the lookout for smart talent. We work hard, we really change the way our clients think and behave, we give you flexibility, and the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry. We're always on the look out for top level consultants who can lead projects; you'll need not only a proven track record and heaps of industry experience, but also the right chemistry for our team and our clients. In the support staff there are regular opportunities ranging from office support to project management. We also have some innovative ways of working; setting out to harness the new digital tools to help us all work smartly while giving you some choice and flexibility. Our leading consultants and trainers are rarely office based and should be enjoying more time with their families, friends or even their scuba diving buddies than any regular full-time role could ever give. It's that chance to get that work / life balance back. We're a flexible group and can bend our structures to suit the needs of people who impress us. There are less than ten full-timers, but a network of 35 part timers and Associates. On this page you'll find a few of the current roles we're hiring for.

How does the Associate Programme for senior directors work?

Here's a quick summary...

Our clients need high level thinking and fast implementation. We focus on getting the right strategy for their products, websites, online commerce ventures and digital marketing. We do it fast, and with almost all our energy (and their budget) going into the project team. We structured the business to have low overheads, and for us to be very hands on - that means our clients get the senior consultant's time and energy from the start.

Project Management Executive - Website content and elearning (£26k basic, plus bonus)

Overview

You will be responsible for running the day to day project management and administration for website and Power Point content creation / updating / editing. This role would work across several of our websites including the Digital Training Academy, Digital Strategy Consulting and Netimperative, and includes content delivered in PowerPoint slide presentations.

Account Director - Digital Marketing (£40k plus competitive bonus)

Overview

As an Account Director at Digital you will be responsible for proactively managing and developing client relationships with the business, leading the identification of new opportunities among key clients. You’ll be handling the day to day relationships with large global brands, developing existing conversations to identify new business and reporting back on the progress of current activities.

Today you’ll be currently working in a junior account director / senior account manager role, looking for more responsibility, and the chance to set up a new department, working on leading edge projects with many of the world’s top brands.

To succeed, you’ll need a sound working knowledge of the digital space and good awareness of the wider marketing mix. You’ll be able to define and understand strategy, have strong client management skills, and have a track record of working with global corporate clients across several sectors.

Account Executive - Digital Marketing (£25k plus bonus)

Overview

As an Account Exec for digital marketing you’ll be developing and managing our CRM programme and providing data analysis support to a small team of account managers and consultants. You will be responsible for operating existing processes in CRM including campaign management, audience profiling, campaign response, campaign scheduling and reporting. Your data analysis work will include developing charts based on industry data for our newswires and client reports, as well as processing project related data from management consultants working on the digital strategies of our clients. As a member of the account management and project teams you’ll be supporting other execs and managers across our strategy and training activities.

Academy Director, Management coaching programmes (Perm or part-time, Salary based experience)

Digital Training Academy – Covent Garden, London (with significant travel) (United Kingdom)

This is a rare opportunity for an international event management / training role inside a world class boutique digital strategy consultancy. You’ll be running leading edge training events out in the field with as part of a smart, fun, high energy team. Working with a lead tutor both in the UK and overseas, you’ll be responsible for the management of each event, from the set-up of the room to the completion of feedback forms at the end of the programme. From London you’ll be supported by teams who manage learner participation and attendance, arrange the venue and travel, ship materials, and brief participants and their sponsors. You’ll work with some of the smartest people in the marketing industry, from some of the world’s leading brands, in an environment famed for excellence.

The subject matter for these programmes combines business strategy, marketing strategy and digital strategy. Your Lead Tutor will be a world class expert in the subject matter, so while knowledge of marketing, training or business process would be useful, it’s in no way needed for the role.

Web publishing exec

3 month contract with a view to perm | Soho, London

In this publishing role you’ll be managing several websites, ensuring content sent to you is published in the right places with the right tags at the right time. You’ll also be responsible for template changes and the connection of simple feeds to social media platforms. Separately you’ll be using rapid e-learning authoring tools to convert content from PowerPoint and static web pages into webinars materials.

Materials developer

The breadth of digital marketing disciplines and topics means there are always new training courses for us to develop and new examples of best practice our clients want to hear about. We're looking for an additional materials developer to join the team and build additional material for our courses. You'll be an experienced marketer with the ability to translate examples from the marketing industry into best practice case studies in text or slides. You will have the insights that let you critically evaluate marketing campaigns to focus on what has, or has not worked. The role includes producing materials under the direction of our management team and can accommodate part time or freelance relationships, as well as short term contracts. Ideally you will be based in London.

This is an additional intern role available this year for an intern to help with marketing and planning for special projects. We’ll offer this position to interns who have experience in marketing or a media degree and are ready for greater challenges. You’ll report to the senior directors and have more client-facing activities as part of this work.

Managing projects like the delivery of our strategies or training courses involves connecting together the teams, clients and third parties in ways that are efficient and clear. You’ll be playing a role on several key projects to collate documentation, research the client’s needs and get materials from our team into a final format for publication. This could include PowerPoint slides, Word documents, Insight Reports or the results of surveys we run as part of client projects. You’ll be working for our project managers.
