Office administration exec

3 month contract with a view to perm | Soho, London

In this role you’ll be looking after the day to day needs for the office of a specialist training business. Your tasks will include managing contacts in our database, the usual telephones and message support, ensuring office supplies are well stocked, and the diary management for 2 people. You will be responsible for emailing clients and partners, as well as coordinating meetings.

To succeed you’ll have experience of office management and have excellent Microsoft Office skills (essentials include advanced level Word, advanced level Outlook, good knowledge of PowerPoint). You’ll be a strong team player and enjoy working in a busy environment. You’ll be a native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Additional skills that would be beneficial, though not essential, are experience of using ACT and web copywriting.
