AI helps pick right flowers for Valentines day

Floral provider, is using tech and other innovations to make it easier than ever to win hearts on Valentine’s Day, including AI-powered gift concierge and voice shopping.

Gift-givers can also make purchases via the Facebook Messenger chat bot, plus connect with the customer care team for quick assistance regarding order inquiries.
