AI-driven virtual gifting assistant EvaBot has gone live to offer US companies and professionals a scalable service for gifting that drives customer retention and loyalty.

EvaBot provides USZ firms with personally tailored gifts based on their clients interests and tastes.

Rabi Gupta, CEO of EvaBot, said: “Our beta period was highly successful – in just 12 months, we brought on more than 25 vendor partners and sent over tens of thousands of gifts on behalf of over 100 customers.

e’re now offering our service nationwide with a growing variety of gifts and price points that enable businesses, professionals and real estate agents to tailor their gifts to increase customer retention and loyalty.”

Ajay Yadav, CEO of Roomi, said: “Eva has made it really easy for us to connect and engage with our customers. Our customers love the thoughtful gesture while our team loves how easy it is to send out gifts at scale.

he best part is that Eva gifts have proven to be a lot more effective than Facebook or Google remarketing ads in generating referrals and brand recall for Roomi.”

AdaPia d’Errico, COO of AlphaFlow, said: “Evabot has been an easy, fun addition to our regular client services program. Our clients appreciate the thoughtfulness of the gesture, and also the quality of the gifts! Evabot is a great tool for achieving customer satisfaction and customer success.”

How it works

To initiate the gifting experience, a client will include the EvaBot assistant in an email to the gift recipient.

EvaBot chats with the recipient for under a minute to gather their interests and tastes, and the machine learning system then selects a gift within the client’s predetermined price point range. The recipient receives order tracking updates, as well as the opportunity to leave a thank you message, testimonial or respond to a survey. Clients can then collect the survey data and export directly into customer relationship management systems (CRM) like Salesforce.

EvaBot clients from Roomi, Climb Real Estate, AlphaFlow, Plug n Play, Escalon and executives at Oracle, AT&T, SAP, Microsoft, Silicon Valley Bank and more have already leveraged the platform during private beta to send gifts spanning a range of food, beverage and electronics, and premium brands like Ritual Coffee, Wine Globe, Tea People, NatureBox, CoBattery, Flic and more. Initial results showed a 90% and above gift acceptance rate, and 80% of recipients responded with feedback and testimonials.

Starting today, clients can select from a variety of subscription tiers starting with a free plan with up to 3 gifts per month, and paid plans with unlimited gifting and customization options ranging from $149 up to $999 per year.
