Ahead of the Super Bowl this Sunday, advertisers have spent a new record of £306 million for 30 second TV ad slots during the game, with more fans watching these ads online.
The report, from video creation platform Wochit, indicates that almost 112 million people tuned in the final last year, but 3.96 million live-streamed the game.

Despite a 30-second slot costing a staggering £3.9 million, up from £3.8 million last year, many brands look to spend an additional quarter of their investment on marketing their ad to ensure that its seen as widely as possible.”
